Electrical Work
We are able to offer various electrical works such as lighting, sockets, re-wiring, etc as well as undertake electrical inspections and surveys in accordance with national safety standards and requirements, via an Approved Contractor.
TMV Servicing
Our fully trained engineers can carry out annual TMV servicing for your premises. This is to ensure that the TMV is operating within the recommended temperature range/guidance. As part of this service, we will clean and disinfect strainers, adjust temperatures, check Failsafe and also report on any legionella related issues found at the time of inspection.
