Multi-Heat Services Ltd are based in South Wales and cover all of the surrounding areas as well as UK-wide for some of our commercial clients.

We as a company have been trading for 10 years and we have 7 experienced domestic and commercial engineers, who have between them over 40 years experience and knowledge in the domestic, commercial and industrial heating industries.

In addition, we have a small team of office and support staff who help with the day-to-day administration and organisation of the business.

We pride ourselves on ensuring our customers receive an outstanding service and rate ourselves highly at being proficient at diagnostics and fault finding

Accreditations & Compliance

Multi-Heat Services hold the following accreditations, documents available on request.

Ideal (Domestic & Commercial)

As a MAX Accredited Installer, Multi-Heat Services are able to offer a warranty of up to 12 years on domestic boilers.

Multi-Heat Services are Approved Agents for Ideal commercial boilers.
Water Safe Assured

We’re a member of WaterSafe – the UK-wide accreditation scheme for approved plumbers supported by the water industry regulators and all UK water companies including Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water.

All plumbers approved by WaterSafe have specific training in the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations, and byelaws in Scotland – protecting homes and businesses from poor installation or the use of sub-standard plumbing products that could contaminate your drinking water.

As a WaterSafe approved plumber, we can carry out many types of plumbing work that would normally require permission from your local water company. We can also issue certificates to say our work complies with the regulations.

We qualify for WaterSafe approval through our membership of WIAPS (Water Industry Approved Plumbers Scheme).
Combat

Multi-Heat Services are an approved Combat HVAC installer.
Constructionline

We are an accredited supplier and have been with Constructionline since 2021. Our membership with them provides us with access to a wide range of contracts and projects as well as helps us to keep pace with legislation and regulation changes.

f-Gas

Multi-Heat Services obtained the f-Gas Stationary Equipment Qualification during 2018 (City & Guilds 2079-11 Level 2). This allows us to carry out installation, maintenance, servicing or purchasing of stationary equipment containing F-Gas refrigerants.
Gas Safe

The Gas Safe Register is the official list of gas businesses who are registered to work safely and legally on boilers, cookers, fires and all other gas appliances. By law all gas engineers must be on the Gas Safe Register. Trust the Triangle. Gas Safe Register replaced CORGI as the gas registration body in 2009. Multi-Heat Services are Gas Safe Registered, No. 529304.
Safe Contractor

Multi-Heat Services has carried Approved Safe Contractor status since 2015. Achievement of this status involves complying with legislation as well as obtaining adequate insurance and health and safety backing, which in turn provides peace of mind to existing and potential clients.
Oftec Registered

Employing an OFTEC registered technician is the best guarantee that work on your heating system will be performed to a high level of competence and comply with relevant Building Regulations and manufacturers' installation requirements. As an OFTEC registered business, we are regularly inspected and receive ongoing training in order to ensure that we carry out work to a high standard and meet all regional building regulations and industry best practice.

EndoTherm Approved Installer

EndoTherm is an energy saving additive which can be added to any wet based central heating system. Installation of this product helps systems to heat up quicker, stay hotter for longer, and use less energy.

As an Approved Contractor, our team of engineers recently installed EndoTherm in various educational, leisure & hospitality, and financial establishments throughout South Wales and the Midlands.
