This depends on a number of factors, ie. your location/whether we are currently working in your area; whether it is a domestic or commercial call-out; the urgency of the call-out, etc. We aim to be as flexible as possible but it is best to telephone or email us with your specific needs so that we can quote you accordingly.
Multi-Heat Services Ltd are available for nationwide call-outs for commercial work.
For domestic work, we predominantly cover South Wales and surrounding areas.
We accept card payments via the telephone and online, BACS transfer, PayPal and cheque.
Is there an error message or fault code displaying on the window panel? Refer to the manufacturer's fault codes in the Troubleshooting section of the boiler instruction manual.

Yes, commercial businesses can arrange a service plan with Multi-Heat Services Ltd. We will soon be launching our care plans for domestic customers too!
Domestic/Residential clients are not required to take out a service plan with us. However, we will undertake to remind you on an annual basis that your annual service is due. Keep your eyes peeled for our care plans coming soon!
Yes, we can service any boiler. If, upon inspection further repairs or upgrade is required, then we shall advise at time of service and provide a free quotation.
