How much do you charge for call out?
This depends on a number of factors, ie. your location/whether we are currently working in your area; whether it is a domestic or commercial call-out; the urgency of the call-out, etc. We aim to be as flexible as possible but it is best to telephone or email us with your specific needs so that we can quote you accordingly.
What area do you cover?
Multi-Heat Services Ltd are available for nationwide call-outs for commercial work.
For domestic work, we predominantly cover South Wales and surrounding areas.
What are your payment terms?
We accept card payments via the telephone and online, BACS transfer, PayPal and cheque.
My boiler is not working – what do I do?
Is there an error message or fault code displaying on the window panel? Refer to the manufacturer's fault codes in the Troubleshooting section of the boiler instruction manual.
Have you tried topping up the pressure? Refer to YouTube for help guides on this subject.
Are quotes free?
Yes, our service provides you with a boiler replacement and remedial works quotation for free.
Do you offer 24 hour call out service?

Yes, commercial businesses can arrange a service plan with Multi-Heat Services Ltd.
Do you provide service plans?
Domestic/residential clients are not required to take out a service plan with us, however, we will undertake to remind you on an annual basis that your annual service is due.
The boiler in my property is old, can you service it?
Yes, we can service any boiler. If, upon inspection further repairs or upgrade is required, then we shall advise at time of service and provide a free quotation.
